Program Registration Policies

Thank you for choosing Diagnostic Medical Staffing™ for your healthcare career training. Before submitting your registration, please review the following policies regarding tuition, withdrawals, and class transfers.

No Refund Policy

All tuition payments and deposits are non-refundable. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that Diagnostic Medical Staffing™ does not issue refunds under any circumstance, including withdrawal, personal reasons, or failure to complete the program.

Class Transfer Option (Up to 1 Year)

If you are unable to begin your selected cohort, you may request a one-time transfer to a future class within 12 months of your original start date.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing
• Seats are not guaranteed; based on cohort availability
• No additional transfer fees apply for first transfer

Seat Reservation

A registration deposit or tuition payment reserves your seat in the selected cohort. Final placement in the program is confirmed once payment is received and admissions requirements are met.

Commitment to Completion

By registering, you agree to complete all academic modules, clinical requirements, and professional standards required for program graduation and employment eligibility.
